It's also that way in Italy and maybe in France. The husband has to provide the same standard of living for the spouse and the offspring. So, that's why, mired in their dismal economy, people stay home, delay marriage, and don't reproduce despite the proximity to Vatican City.

But sadly liberal people think this is a good thing and want to liberate sex so much for us that it gets to the point where adultery is acceptable...
However, according to Gallup, 91% of all Americans say adultery is wrong while 7% say it's acceptable.
