To answer your question, NO. That au natural look is so earthy of the 60s, 70s and maybe even 80s. It totally does not apply to the earthy women of the 90s or 2000s. And really, are there ANY women nowdays (18-30s) who do not either shave/wax/trim? I dont think so.
Earthy, to me, means crunchy and "free spirited", which is a euphamism for a range of bizarre behaviors. Based on my interpretation, probably not. Just not my thing.
