I don't see your point. The ad is directed at men...and that's just a song.

Your point is a fail.

No mature adult person likes another adult person for any material object they own. Period.

But it's nice to see the media has completely taken over your mind.

Interesting how they can take a half naked women & put her in front of a $50,000 car which leds some men to believe you get the car, then you wil get someone like her as well.

Some with women you see the commericals where they got went to said jewerly store & bought an engagement ring. Some women buy into that as well. Like it's written some where that a women has to have a $5,000 ring to impress all her friends. An of course the more money he spends the more he loves her.

Well, you may still not get her, but your chances will be greatly improved!

Interestingly, 99.9% of all the people in the world who have commented on my cars/motorcycle (IRL or online/facebook/whatever) have been MEN.

New engine on a 2003 hyundai elantra. It would gave cost 3-4k plus labor. I was no longer under warranty just past 100k miles. I financed since I wasn't 100% ready to ditch my car completely which was what I intended to do when my car died and hadn't been saving up for a car. Financing was the best option for me and I plan to use future windfalls to pay it sooner. And when I am ready to go carless it will go to my parents.

I ended up getting a 2012 focus since it had plenty of high end bells and whistles.

I have minimal expenses and cheap rent so a car payment is annoying but manageable.
