I think people should date outside their race, especially minorities because it's too limiting not to do so especially in areas where there may be only a few of your own race. I advise all my female friends to date outside their race and some already do. Plus my own husband himself is biracial, black and Filipino. I just think nighttrain's reasoning is odd that he no longer likes his own race.

women justify their preferences all of the time (height, looks). don't let them shame you for your choices or reasoning for your choice.

color/race falls in the same category as height/looks.... something you are attracted to in your partner which is unchangeable.

dating isn't "logic"...........its who/what you are attracted to.
