Yeah, right, this guy was beyond gross.... not to mention delusional......

A loud eater is defintely worse. That to me just shows lack of not only manners but lack of a bit of cultured etiquette as well. That could be a deal breaker for me because it shows she's is not ladylike.

As much as I can't stand loud eaters, my sleep is more precious to me. I believe being a loud eather is an expression of broader unappealing traits (that include belching, farting, and such), though, so I don't think that'll be something I'll ever have to deal with.

I used to sleep across from my dad's room when I was younger. My dad was a very loud snorer. I actually fell asleep listening to him snore.

A loud eater though? pet peeve of mine. Can't stand it at all. Please snore and not eat loudly lol

Definitely a loud eater. Shows a lack of class and self-control.

Snoring on the other side of the bed is fine. When you get to a certain age, it's nice to know they're breathing without having to check a pulse or hold a mirror in front of their mouth. I can sleep thru anything - it's the disgusting stuff they do when they're awake that puts me off.

Agreed. But that which can be controlled. Shhh...!! No loud talking, walking, stomping down the stairs, slamming doors, closing the refrigerator, moving dishes, etc.

Irritating.
