She makes me buy a car that she will like instead of something I will enjoy. Even though she already owns a car that she wants.
Then you have an excuse to buy your dream rifle, or boat, or muscle car, just "for her." If you buy a rifle for her, remember that it must be powerful enough so she won't like it
Joking aside, why do men use the term "she makes me?" Who allows that garbage in a marriage? No one should ever make another do anything!
They use that term to lay blame for what they're doing on their wife....even though they agreed to do it....maybe they're shy, or it's not something they like to do....never the less...it is their choice.

I completely agree! I was thinking that as I read that post too. Nobody can MAKE a person do anything they don't want to do so I have no sympathy.
About the purse holding...rarely do I ask my husband to hold my purse, however it goes both ways in this house. When we went to FL and at all those amusement parks...he had to carry his keys, wallet, phone and sunglasses. There is no "hey, can you put this in your purse" crap in my world.
I offered to get a gender neutral backpack so everyone can deposit their items and take turns wearing it. No bit*hing when you have no place to put your crap!
