That's nothing new, and it's some of both.

Yes, there are male escorts (tend to be more classy) and male prostitutes, some of which work with women and some that work with men, maybe even some that do both.

It would be very interesting to see how they would be received in the US, say you imported a hundred of em or so to a major city. Would women use them here? Would make for a good sociological experiment.
