Okay. This seems to be written by a high school sophomore, a guy with dreams of the open road and playing on his XBox until three in the morning. My remarks follow:
The Urban Dictionary? Really? Sounds like a handbook for social retards if you ask me.
I lack refined aristocratic English to explain some Mensa members once and for all that Leykis 101 is for getting laid for less, it's not a relationship building tool. It teaches (relatively poor) males how to imitate behavior patterns and attributes of higher ranking males in order to get sex from women seeking (including "subconscious" longings) males who display high ranking potential. If you lived for this long and don't know it, not giving a crap about somebody beneath them is a key attribute of higher status individuals. Leykis 101 is just a small portion of Tom' radio show that covered wide range of subjects.
Every few weeks he would start a hour with saying the best a man/woman can do in life is the mate in front of them. Tom would get hundreds of calls from women who claimed they could have done better. His response was "Why didn't you?"
That's pretty presumptuous. I, for one, feel that I did. MUCH better, in fact.
Remember the fact that much of his persona was a character for radio to make money, he made a lot.
Aha! So that's why his points read like they shouldn't be taken seriously. I couldn't tell if this was a joke thread or not. It seems like it exists just to provoke controversy. It sounds like that was the radio personality's goal. His guidelines were never intended to be followed, it was all a spoof.

I'm starting to feel like this is a troll thread no that I'm looking at it more rationally.
I have to say the rules sound like some of the PUA crap spouted by a poster not to long ago.
Not asking a woman what she wants to do, refusing to cuddle etc.....sounds like what you are ultimately doing is finding the most desperate, low self esteem women of the bunch...because that is what you need to build your ego up.
I have no doubt this works on reallllly dumb women. Intelligent women (ya know, the ones guys that listen to Leykis have zero chance with) would laugh in your face and walk away. I mean, I could easily get laid and get a ton of attention if I focused on ex-cons, 'bad boy's and drug dealers, which is essentially what you're doing. Focusing on the dregs of society for your own benefit.
That's great if getting laid is your #1 priority...just stay away from me and women with substance.
You are a woman? You can easily get laid, you don't have to focus on ex cons etc.. Dumb or not, intelligent women of substance seek about the same things that less intelligent women with less substance seek
Look I guarantee a bunch guys follow this stuff like its gospel but do it and say it in more subtle ways. This OP is brash about it that it has to be trolling people.

Decent men aren't looking to bang anything that walks. If I wanted to get laid, I could...but it wouldn't be with anyone worthwhile.
I disagree with your intelligence comment. I can tell you right now that I'm not looking for a man that listens to Leykis or men who subscribe to PUA drivel. I guess I should add those things to my 'dealbreakers' list
