It never bothered me to be single on Valentine's Day. Sometimes I would get things for and from family or friends, sometimes not. No biggie. Now that I'm married it's not a big deal. We might do something special but it might not be on that day. We don't wait for one day out of the whole year to show our appreciation for each other. However, something to make the day a little extra special wouldn't hurt my feelings.

I don't hate Valentine's Day. All the candy and fuzzy stuffed animals I can handle!

And the isle of red and pink at the grocery store. Seriously... if the elevator music in the store is making you sleepy, just go visit the "seasonal isle" and the bright red color will punch you in the eyes and wake you up!
