Give a man something he already has. If he has a knife..get a different knife. If he has a flashlight, get a different flashlight. If he has a favorite DVD..get something in the same genre. If he has a favorite actress, get one of her DVD's.
The thing you run into, is that most men are pretty simple and easy to please.
Really, I told my wife a long time ago...I got one request...ermm...how should I describe this....gotta keep it PG-13...hrmmm. I can't say it on this board. Drat.
Ah...here we go... just do "something" and don't stop 'til I get tired.....I think you can figure it out. Then again, she does that anyway. Just like the foot rubs I give her until my hands ache. Makes her purr like a kitten though...when it doesn't knock her asleep. Actually, it normally knocks her asleep...along with the massages.
Anyway....if he's outdoorsy, check out Cabelas...Bass Proshops....ermm...If he's gadgety, get him something electronic...maybe check Amazon, too.
I'm easy. I play guitar. Something guitar related is pretty safe. What are his hobbies? What are his interests? Base it on that.
Been married almost 25 years and to be honest that was the best and most memorable gift.
