We have a king size. Not sure how we ever fit in a queen now. We have a queen in our guest room. I suggested once that my wife and sleep on it just for old time's sake. Share glared at me with a "drop dead" look on her face.

Full or Queen. I really like the closeness and intimate feeling.
I do too. I was lucky in that my ex husband did not have any bad sleeping habits though (like constant scratching or snoring loudly or ticking, etc) and he slept like a log. I hope I don't get a bad sleeper next time.
I have a queen. It's one of those foam mattresses that we got for his back, that is now no good for his back, so he's back on the floor or couch. I would love a king that was half soft bed and half wood board for him. The dog is usually in there as well as one of the cats, so we need the space.

Does anyone like cuddling all night long? Now that I think about it, I don't know anyone who likes that.
We have a full size bed which was my husband idea. He believes the best way to keep a marriage close is to have a bedroom that has a smaller bed, no clutter, no reading, no Tv! Basically anything that would take away our attention from our sexual relations or rest is a negative and no go in our bedroom (music is okay). We've been together since I was 14 married since I was 18 and I'm going to be 40 soon. We still cuddle most of the night if we aren't cuddling we are touching some how, legs, spooning, hands on breast and btw smaller beds allow for more middle of the night wake up sex
