Ahaha, if you tried that with young women these days you'd be exhausting your rate plan in no time.

Seriously though if they don't respond back in two calls or a couple of texts over a week or so period, she's ghosted and it's time to move on.

The poster is from Denmark, different dating standards. But I agree with you, and would add that repeat efforts to get a response is seen by many women as stalker/creepy behavior these days. It's like if a guy can't take a hint with the non-response, it's suspect/odd behavior.

Yes, I noticed that. I'm from a different dating scene as well, I'm not used to the indirectness and flakiness that is so prevalent here (in men as well as women too...) People say they're going to show up or do something and then they drift off into the blue. Not much reliability or accountability.

I refuse to chase after women. Rejection hurts too much for that.

Sorry.

My motto is "If I wouldn't do it (such as ignore a phone call from a member of the opposite sex) then its a negative message to me if you do it" and its damn near impossible not to realize someone called you on the phone.

How many chances do you or would you give?

Same.

I hear you on this. I'm of the same as well. Even if I wasn't all that interested in someone, I still went out because you never know how much fun someone is till you hang out with them. Dating just seems like it comes in seasons. Some seasons are definitely easier than others.

i'd give a guy one chance... why is rejection so tough? just take the no and move on. It's not like you fell in love already.

One phone call or message and he gets 24 hours to respond. I'm done after that.
