I was hooked for the first few posts...and I will say that had I not had it suggested to me that this was possibly a ruse, I would have probably believed it a lot longer. kalogirl - don't feel bad...I suspect I am somewhat older than you, and yet I am ALWAYS learning this lesson all over again! I simply cannot stop thinking the best of everyone, and being shocked all over again when they turn out to be jerks!!! Every time it happens, I swear I'll be more on guard, and then, once again, am caught off guard--and let down...

No, I haven't read any of her books, thanks for the suggestion. As Mainstreet said we have discussed starting a PI business. Between the two losers we were married to, we had to do a lot of snooping.
