Dear BD,
I am praying for you.
Stay strong.
I know it is difficult.
Never give up.
Good souls like you are few and far between.
Everyone here is pulling for you.
Nothing worth having is easy.
Ugly needs you.
Opportunities for true love are so rare.
Ultimately, you and Jill will be together, forever.
Sincerely, your fan club.

Calling him out without him even knowing it....pure genius!!
Absolutely brilliant Mainstreet. I'll know who to call if I ever need someone investigated lol

I keep telling myself I need to start reading Me Talk Pretty One Day. I could use a laugh. Maybe this was my cue to grab it off of the shelf.
Me Talk Pretty One Day, the title short story about how he learns to speak French, is the funniest story. Love him, everyone should read David; especially if you were born in the 60's.

I was hooked for the first few posts...and I will say that had I not had it suggested to me that this was possibly a ruse, I would have probably believed it a lot longer. I guess that's the tenderhearted side of me that wants to always believe the best of people (despite knowing better from my job!).

My favorite is "Ugly needs you." I know it's childish...but I remember snort laughing.

Thanks Rockky. I have to be honest and say I was hurt to find out it was all a hoax. I was really hoping for the best for them all. Oh well, a lesson learned for me.

kalogirl - don't feel bad...I suspect I am somewhat older than you, and yet I am ALWAYS learning this lesson all over again! I simply cannot stop thinking the best of everyone, and being shocked all over again when they turn out to be jerks!!! Every time it happens, I swear I'll be more on guard, and then, once again, am caught off guard--and let down...

So we are both learning from this...

I love David Sedaris. Heard him on NPR today.

Your disingenuous poem was priceless. Who was it that caught the Liar Liar Pants on Fire poem? That was some good sleuthing, too.

Z- from the looks of the pix of you and Mainstreet, you have the eyebrow stencil thing going on big time. But if you want a change in arch-

Maybe the two of you should go into the bonding business....no, the PI business!!
No, I haven't read any of her books, thanks for the suggestion. As Mainstreet said we have discussed starting a PI business. Between the two losers we were married to, we had to do a lot of snooping.
