I made them with mushrooms instead of meat a while back and they were pretty tasty.

That sounds really good, too. Great idea. I use Quorn type veggie substitute meats. That's also mushroom based. TVP is also good. I never thought to make mushroom tacos. I wonder if there's a way to do that with the grille.

It's not fake beans. It's just beans without pig's ass. lol Mushrooms are just a preference thing. Some people love em, and some hate em.
