A bunch of posters say that PUA is a bad thing. PUA people say that PUA is a good thing. I want to see this art for myself. You know, examine the artwork as if it were in a museum. Evaluate it with a rubric as if I was a judge in a dog show. Too often pick-up art videos on youtube are fake. I want to see the real thing.
If you see the "real thing" you will most likely gag and gauge your eyes out. It is disgusting and pathetic actually.
The thing that I find most sad about it is that some guys appear to put so much time and effort into it that if they put that same amount of energy into improving their own lives (education, traveling, reading, career, therapy, fitness, etc.) they would likely have just as much improvement in their dating lives, and with much healthier and higher quality women than the ones who respond positively to manipulation. This has been my experience, anyway, and that of many others I've witnessed.
Those PUA videos are excruciating to watch. The woman is always signalling with her body language that she has no interest in this skeezy guy and wants to get away from him ASAP. And then the guy posts all over the forum about his great 'success' because she didn't actually punch him. Not that she ever gave him her number or anything.

It works like magic, and it works on women who are skanks and women who say "it would never work on me, they must seek out women with low self esteeem blah blah blah". BS, it works on most all women because it is based on some very tried and true, basic gender dynamics. It is brilliant in its own right, but if you really know what youre doing, there isnt much need for it.
