Yea, I agree... But I have my own style.. I like to attract women in the way that a venus fly trap captures its prey.
For example, I ALWAYS make it a point to smell good, and it's to the point that when I walk by women, some of them are forced to speak to me and tell me how good I smell. That right there gives you an opening to carry on a conversation, and I'm the one with upper hand because I don't come off as begging because the girl spoke to me first.
With Boris Kodjoe looks, I get hit on at least once a month without doing anything. Yea, that's low in the numbers game, but the women who chose me are very interested, and motivated, which makes it easy for me because I don't have to do much to keep their attention.

It's got to be the right music (90's House!), with the right sound system, and you will be in the ZONE! Now days, PA systems suck because they just cram a bunch of speakers in a room and crank up the volume so it hurts.

There are problems with your logic, in a culture where women expect men to approach them.
My logic is fine. Since they are not approaching obviously they do not find me attractive therefore approaching them would be akin to beating a dead horse.
