I'm at the store picking up some groceries, nothing too much, just some veggies, fruits and salad stuffs since I bought a section of a cow recently(few hundred dollars worth but it was a TON of meat). I was in one of the main aisles moving towards the milk section when I see a woman in the pet section picking up some dog food. I don't know what it is about women and buying huge quantities of dog food, but this package was about as big as she was and probably weighed as much as her too, and it was more than obvious that she was struggling just to lift this thing to get it in her cart, so I walked over to her and offered my help. She declined and said she could do it herself. I nodded and wished her luck and went on my business. I grabbed a few more things when I heard some noise coming from that aisle again and saw that she had dropped the bag on the floor and the dog food was spilling out and she started to hold her lower back like it was bothering her. So I went over, grabbed another large bag of dog food and tossed it into her cart. She turned around and looked at me and said "If you wasn't so damn ugly looking I'd thank you for doing that."
So I had to pause for a moment, and all I could do was shake my head. It's definitely not the first time I've heard that before, but definitely the first time after helping someone.
It would appear all this shop talk has kept the women away lol
And TRosa saw it coming.
LOL, that's what I was going to say, am I going to have to be the first woman to come in here and break up this lovefest you guys have going?
