I do remember a while back a few did admit it just fine here in the forum.
It's not something that people talk about in polite company, but most women would 'admit' to masturbating. I don't know why you think they wouldn't. Just because we're not going into the gory details doesn't mean we don't do it.

Women still seem to be more reserved than men especially when it comes to masturbation, don’t you think? This topic has been talked about before here in the forum where I thought women would be a bit more relaxed to admit it but if I remember correctly only a very few admitted it. Somewhat comparable to guys not admitting their soft sentimental side as they don’t want to feel or be seen as "less of a man".

'Admit' means something is bad, like a crime. There is nothing wrong with masturbation, so talking about it is not 'admitting'. It's just talking. Acknowledging.

Masturbating without hands is an important component of my meditative practice and stamina training techniques. The masturbatory device needs to be mounted or attached to something that is challenging but doable in complete pitch black darkness.
A position prop can be anything from a 360 degree spinning sex swing mounted on a ceiling for practicing dexterity, to a plain piece of furniture on the ground with a secure attachment for a masturbatory device to masturbate in a variety of missionary and rear entry positions, for instance.
I've never considered getting a life-sized masturbatory doll, even though it could help refine Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques as an auxiliary function.
