How is this urgent when this started happening between the last 7 to 10 months. The issues started 7 freaking months ago. Not sure why this is urgent. Is this "clear evidence" the op's conjecture or not?

Tell him you tried to reach him Friday after 11, and couldn't, and ask him where he was. See if he sounds like he's telling the truth. Take it from there.

It is most definitely the worst thing you can do in this situation. This is equivalent to rolling in mud just to prove to a pig that you too can get dirty. If you have any sort of dignity you'd either have a chat with him, with the goal of working together to get over the "Cheating." OR you end things and move on with your life.
No, at 11pm he told me he is out with some friends. Then i didnt get any response anymore til the morning. Usually he tells me goos night etc. And i found a bill that he withdrawed 100 dollar from the atm at 4am.
Out with friends equals no contact for a while because he is busy with his friends and having fun.
A withdrawal at an ATM at 4am usually means the drunk breakfast for him and his friends and a taxi ride to the hotel.
You snooping in his phone which is none of your business equals his absolute right to dump you and move on.
