If you have to ask this question, I believe you have an answer. You definitely need to help her in raising a child. Whether you should marrying her, you'll need to ask yourself if you love her in the first place.

Of course you are hesitating-- it's a major life change. It's going to be a lot of work, but if your relationship is great and you have no reason not to, you should.

Would you even be with her if you weren't prepared to do this?

If you're not sure, don't do it because there's a baby involved. The added stress of a baby will deteriorate a shaky marriage.

You should marry for love, and wanting to be with your mate. NOT for a pregnancy. It doesnt work when you marry for the wrong reasons.
