The absolute most boring week where I worked was the week before Christmas through New Year's eve with the exception of the couple days.
Everybody played nice until the holiday was over then the next day was busy then the next few days we would have very few calls.

I used to be really busy at my old plant. There was molten aluminum and open flames everywhere, and 40% of the employee's were coke heads.

*sigh* I miss that place. lol

There is a current thread about a destination wedding and honestly I cannot even fathom "dreaming of my wedding day since I was a child". blech, what a waste of childhood.
Cripes I didn't even think about a wedding until after a proposal was made and I wasn't a child when that happened.
Do girls really dream of such things as children?

Seriously? Doesn't Canada do random drug testing for this type of company for Insurance/Safety reasons?

Okay, now I think I have absolutely seen it all: "My girlfriend and I went trick or treating then she broke up with me, how do I get her back. We are both 14"

I don't think I have had enough coffee or sleep for this.

It wasn't anyone in my department. It was the hourlies on the plant floor driving around in fork lifts with 3000lbs open vats of liquid aluminum. lol

But no. The Supreme court of Canada has ruled that random drug/alcohol testing is not justified, even in inherently dangerous work environments.

Why oh why do I do this to myself? I don't even like most kids, especially teenagers yet I just cannot stay away from threads like that.
I think I need to bang my own head against a brick wall until the stupid falls out of my brain.
