Ugh, ate a 250 kcal (yup, that's the actual consumption unit on those labels) candy bar and didn't exercise due to leg pain. I also have a test tomorrow and don't want to hurt myself. Yeah, I've started making excuses to get fat, LOL .

Just get on I 90 and head west.
Dontcha LOVE it? I think I'm the only person that LIKES to shovel snow. After a good snow, the sun comes out and shines so that the snow glistens like a billion diamonds. And if you just stand there, you can take in the silence. It's just fantastic. Once in a while, you can hear snow fall from a tree branch.

If I had the land and money, I'd get a snowmobile and cross-country skis.

Adi, are you buying up all the leftover Halloween candy or something? Okay, you've had some to make yourself feel better. Now get back on the wagon - that's an order!

What's wrong with your leg?

I've only been around snow a few times, but you described it perfectly.

Must have been related to pushing myself a bit too much in the weights room. I tried to do 180 lb instead of my typical 165 lb and must have pulled a muscle.

I'm also feeling tired lately, which is the impact of me not taking my anemia & B 12 medication this weekend .

make sure you take your supplements.

I just had a meeting, and didn't have time for coffee before hand. Torture.

Well, doesn't sound like you're taking very good care of yourself lately.

I know, I love the way she described it. I also like the silence part, and hearing it falling from a branch, etc.

I have three snow blowers. A 46" on the front of my John Deere a 26" two stage and a 20" single stage. If I wanted to that Deere would be a money maker.

I would have fun with a plow on the front of a truck.

Hmmmm, something to think about. I could push everybody's snow!
