Why? I just wanted to break the daily stress and give her something different. The baby is a lot of work and she does most of it.
If I had read the rest of the thread before my earlier response, I would have seen that question was long passed. You are getting thoroughly roasted now, so I will not add to it. Good grief!
Like others here, I question the validity of this post, but I'll give the benefit of the doubt.
OP, the problem here for your GF probably isn't the suggestion of a three way, it's the fact that you and this hot co-worker are intimate enough to, not only talk about, but agree to a weekend of sex. I bet all your GF heard was, "I am having sex with this hottie at work."
I'd definitely cool it with the co-worker, affair or not, as a start to fix this mess.
The thing that is most offensive to me, as a wife, is that you had to have told the "frisky" co-worker that things were "off" in the bedroom and you wanted to spice it up with your wife. That is such a hurtful betrayal to your wife that she may not forgive you.
If you and your wife came up with the threesome idea together, you MIGHT have had a chance. The fact that you went to Ms. Sexpot FIRST is the WORST thing you could have done.
(Except maybe surprising your wife by having the co-worker show up as a surprise.)
So IMHO, here are your action items:
1) Apologize to your wife and tell her you handled this ALL WRONG and you only wanted to add some fun to your sex life but now you understand that you were a complete idiot about it and you want to make it up to her.
2) IGNORE the flirty co-worker.
3) Learn how to be a hands-on parent to your kid so your wife can "come up for air," so to speak, and start feeling like herself again instead of a nurse and maid.
Oh, sh*t. I forgot you're not married. Well, substitute "partner" every time I wrote "wife."
My partner and I have been together for 6 years and we have a 1 year old son. Things are not so good when it comes to sex since the baby was born, which is natural. She's more worried, more tired and I understand all of that.
So to spice things up, I approached a female colleague at work regarding a threesome. I know she's very frisky and would go along with it. She immediately said that she was up for it.
So I thought we could leave our son with the grandparents for the weekend so we could have fun all the 3 of us.
When I told my partner about it, she went mad. She said she couldn't believe I was suggesting such a thing, that I have no respect for her and that it's a disgusting idea. Then I told her that if she preferred we could have an escort instead of a woman I know if she feels more comfortable. She said she just couldn't recognise me and that went away.
We haven't spoken in these past few days. I've tried to speak with her again but she avoids me.
I mean, I thought it was a good idea to improve things in bed. I couldn't imagine she would be so prudish. I've tried this with a previous girlfriend and it didn't change a thing.
I thought it would be harder to find a third person than convincing my partner so I thought I would guarantee another woman was interested before bringing up the idea to her.
No but she'll flirt with me from time to time. Besides, when we go out on the company's parties she usually leaves with men she met that night. She's really up for "action".
You truly have no respect for not just your partner but also for yourself. Your man card should be revoked on grounds of gross stupidity.
Better keep apologizing to the mother of your child. You have some nerve... and stay the hell away from that office freebie if you know whats good for you. So nasty!!!

What should I do?
So, you ran her over with an 18-wheeler twice and you expect her speak to you?
Lol I think you should have done a threesome in your younger years dude,
like everyone else does.
That way you would've gotten this fantasy out of your head.
