I'll never get that image out my mind. That old man sitting there, looking like he's about to have a grand mal seizure because he's collecting social security, and bench pressing at the same time. His entire family's gene pool 3 inches from the floor. Had I been any closer I probably could have counted the rings.

I said Hey buddy, you dropped something, and tried to keep my lunch down.
I don't think HE dropped something, they do that naturally on their own with age...or maybe he was really hot and they were hanging? EWwww! I cannot get the scant little hairs on the twigs and berries image out of my head.

And burpees... Lol that jump up....
No kidding! When we got to the treadmills she was not a runner, but she pretended to be. LOL
It all looked painful and awkward. Maybe next time she'll realize this isn't a meat market type gym and she'll dress a bit more appropriately.

I've never been to a gym. Looks like that's where all the hot action is.
There are some crazy-ass people that go to the gym. I used to work at a big-box gym and we had all types there...great people watching for sure.

The place I go to now is small and the classes are run like a group fitness class. Most folks at the 5am class are there purely for the workout thankfully.

I mixed Cranberry Jello and Grape Jello when I made it earlier and it is very good and a nice light snack.

Bio, I am guessing the day with your Niece went well. Is this the daughter of the Brother who is building the house?

Yes ma'am. He's my only full sibling. We have a half brother and sister from our dad's first marriage whom are both older than me and they live in Kansas City. My sister has 3 kids (last time I checked), but sadly we do not keep in close contact with them these days.

Speaking of Chinese, we just found out our Daughter In Law and her Mother are going to be here from China on June 6, 2015 and they get to stay for 2 months.
It will be nice to see her again and meet her Mother but this also means I need to get busy and get some quilts completed.
