A couple months ago I deleted a couple, ok four, of the ex's cousins from Facebook. It was five years, I had no other contact with them other than Facebook. I don't have an issue with them, but it was time to move on in my mind.
So, a couple weeks ago one of the unfriended, he married one of the ex's cousins sent me a friends request. Mmmmmkay. I haven't done anything with it. He is a cool dude into cars and hockey and cool things like that. Woke up this morning to see another cousin, the one who introduced me to the ex, had sent a friends request. Again, I don't dislike her. I thought it was time.
Sometimes we have our cauliflower with the melted butter but most of the time we brown the butter, then pour it over the cauliflower or we make a melted cheese sauce to pour over......yum.....
I like all veggies, basically.
Browned butter with fresh sage, over pasta.

I would have taken those Brussels sprouts, rolled them in batter, and deep fried those bad boys ... in another life.

The one time i did try Facebook, I think I was on there for about 10 minutes, and I get a friend request from somebody from high school I hadn't talked to in about a decade, and had no desire to start now, so I said peace out, and I have never been back.

I like it for friends and family. As long as it isn't political or anything goofy I am ok. It was more about cutting ties with that part of the past.
