Interesting. When I was on OKC I got as many or more responses after I shaved my head than before, and many of those were initially contacting me. Go figure.
I think it would be more accurate if his after picture was identical to the before one, with the only difference being his hairstyle.
IMO, it's pretty disingenuous to show him in a sharp black dress shirt with the facial hair and a come-hither expression, and claim it's his hair that attracted more matches.
I personally find him much more attractive in the first picture than the second. I'd pass on the second but would take a further look at the first. It's not just the hair - in his first picture, he looks more approachable; as others have said, in the second, he looks like a douche.

My last boyfriend had a completely shaved head because he started going bald in his 20s. I saw pictures that were taken before he shaved his hair and they didn't look great (he was going bald at the front and down the middle - a lot worse than the guy in the pictures). For me shaved > hair with bald patches
yep, I admit it. I like guys with full hair. Super shallow. Sue me.
Me too. I'm a fan of hair. Yes, it looks nice but I also like to run my fingers through it. I dated a guy with a really short buzzcut and it wasn't enjoyable for me to rub his head. I need to feel hair.
I am thinning on top and while I don't actively date or have any online dating profiles, it does make me self conscious in public.
How old are you? Have you considered shaving it all?
