Yes, women like to be physically turned on by our men. Shocking. We're sooooooooo shallow.
There's nothing WRONG with women wanting to be physically turned on by their men, but women like to promote the idea that they are LESS shallow than men. And yes, some women do date men who appear to be much less attractive than them, but it's not because she's not shallow, it just means she's made sure that he has money, or status, or swagger.
THAT's the rub, that men get aggravated about, that many women promote the idea that they are morally superior because they only look for *real* qualities in men, whereas men only want big breasts and a DTF attitude in a woman.
I'm not surprised he got more swipes. I like a man with a good head of hair. Hair loss makes men look older (to me anyway), full hair looks more youthful.
But as others have mentioned, the second photo looks better anyway, irrespective of hair transplant.
I often wonder with any thing/looks transplanted/implanted if the people dating or involved end up feeling duped. You know once they've seen a bunch of before pics (say at family gathering, house, etc.,) of the person they are dating. Someone mentioned rib removal, butt implants, and other major alterations. I know I would feel deceived.

Yeah women seem to complain about how shallow men are and how certain shapes of women aren't "ideal" yet women do the same to men
