I can think of many as it's still fairly common for people to marry young in my hometown. Most of my college friends who married a classmate met one another through university music organizations or through living together in a dorm.
Off the top of my head I can name a dozen high school sweethearts who are still together (several became grandparents before age forty-five with neither they nor their children being teen parents--no shot gun weddings) and at least the same number of college sweethearts who are also still coupled.
Depends on how old they are now. I think most people that married their HS sweetheart stayed in their hometowns, and maybe life doesn't change who they are as much. That is a crazy long time to be with someone though if you stayed married until death.
I can immediately think of two from my high school graduating class (in 1967) of about 275; I'm pretty sure there are a couple more if "adjacent" classes are figured in.

Yeah, that's the one thing about small town living. Nothing else much to do except to get married before the legal drinking age and make babies.
Most of my family! Parents (although Mom died in 2016), 2 siblings married to HS sweethearts, 2 married to college sweethearts, all going strong. None stayed in the home town and they've been through many changes. My sister married a guy she met at 15; when she wanted to go to Med school after 3 kids he told her to go for it, and worked 2 or 3 jobs at a time to support them.
The nieces and nephews are a mixed group; one nephew married a college sweetheart but they're divorced; a few married college sweethearts and are still together and apparently doing well, and some married people they met much later.
My parents met in HS and have been married almost 50 years, but I think that was more common then. My neighbors in their early 40s also met in HS and are still going strong.
I did... still married, happy, and planning on staying that way indefinitely. She and our girls are literally all I have in terms of family so I’m “all in”.
