Once Samadhi is reached you are eternally free from suffering, desires, frustrations, limitations, attachment, etc, you become existence, consciousness and bliss only all the time that's why it is so pleasurable, all other wordly pleasures have to end someday leaving you with an unquenched thirst
Yet you have over a thousand posts on city-data. I guess the enlightened still prowl the forums?

I never claimed enlightment, but Yoga meditation has done wonders on my personality and helped me endure really rough times
when anxiety, depression or all those inner demons stalk 10 minutes of yoga meditation destroy them and that's without having a samadhi experience, in those everything else can wait

on a perspective it could be thought as a lobotomy, but the difference is that once the nirvikalpa samadhi state is reached, the person acts guided just by wisdom and has full development of his brain and mental capacity, whereas a person who underwent a lobotomy acts in that way because his brain is no longer functioning properly due to the remotion of a key part from it.

Ahhhhhhhhhh, but how does one overcome chocolate? (stroking long white beard)
I actually am somewhat into Buddhism and in the poster's defense, it's possible to know the "rules" without having played the game. It's the "practical knowledge" part of Buddhism and I do have to agree that it's doubtful the poster is tapping on his keyboard from a state of bliss. Or if he started out in one...now that he's read a few of our posts he no longer has it.
On numerous occasions, I have heard people claim that chocolate (not even good chocolate) or chocolate foods are "better than sex." I usually argue with them that their stupid hershey's kiss is most definitely not even close to being comparable to sex. Silly *****.

So, do we all agree here.........there AINT NOTHING BETTER THAN A REALLLLLLY GOOD ORGASM!!!!
No, SEVERAL would be my vote. And I could easily live the rest of my life without another crumb of chocolate to pass through my lips - OTOH.....
