(-)'s: Sloppiness, poor hygiene, doesn't take care of his health and fitness level, self-centered, smokes, uses drugs
(+)'s: Is kind, thinks of others, volunteers/or donates money to a good cause regularly, likes animals, has manners, is witty, has goals, makes good eye contact when he speaks to you, keeping his word means everything
Key factors to success in a relationship (in my opinion): Communication, honesty, respect and an understanding that no relationship is perfect...all relationships take continual work by both people
he must be honest at all times.
he must be at least humorous and be able to laugh--because we either have to life or cry in this life.
intelligence and kindess are a plus
turn off: if he is not hygenic, doesnt take care of himself. has no manners especially when we are eating, lazy, never wants to go out and see or try new things

First and foremost he better drive a new sports car. Second he'd better make at least 100,000 a year. He sure as day better not be round. just kidding.
Because when guys tell me they are into smoking "green" that is a turn off and can be a deal breaker.

For me, a guy has to be goal-oriented but not let that run his life. He has to be funny, drama-free, nice to people in general - ever notice how a guy is with a waiter or waitress? That tells a lot about a person in my opinion.
A guy for me has to be "Mr. Handy", I love a guy who can fix stuff and make things. he has to have good hygiene, dress neat, not be a slob and have good teeth and he's got to be sexy in his own way. Has to be a great kisser and know what he's doing in the sack. I'm sure there's more but that's good for now. In return, he gets all of the above with me. That's how my fiance and I work so well together!!
Turn ons: great smile, sense of humor, chivalrous, good listener, attentive, makes me feel special, smooth skin, muscular arms, intelligent
Turn offs: bad feet, stinky breath, tight jeans, talks about himself too much, workaholic, chest/back hair, beer guts, loafers without socks (yuck)
