It's a little early in the day to say what has made me happy, but so far it is being wiser today than I was yesterday. Knowledge is power.

Good morning Puff! I'd be happy if I lived near Walden Pond. I miss the Boston area...well, with the exception of the cold

Have a great time with your nephew. I'm sure he will be happy to get home and away from the DC craziness!
Well your a nice mommy for sticking around maybe next weekend you'll get to go. Been awhile since we drove through the Chesapeake, The kids always liked the ride, especially the road disappearing under the bay, It really is a wild view.

I stopped on the road this morning to pick up a turtle and get him across the road before the traffic got heavy.

Ehhh, I'm not too sure about the nice part I just hate the thought of him missing something that he has committed to.

We are in the Northern Neck...Irvington area so we do not get to take the cool routes Just the rural routes with nowhere to stop! But we still love it!

Are you doing the Appalachian trail this year to see the trees?

Oh you mean the fall leaves, probably not on the trail but close by, the blue ridge parkways is where we generally go, its more scenic, the trail has some beautiful sections but then you may hike an 8 mile section with no view at all. On the parkway you can drive slow and pull off when you want or do it on a bike. Have you ever seen the Lynnville Falls area or around Boone, Blowing Rock, Its spectacular.

An editor in England liked my submission! And those Brits aren't easy to please, either.
