Broke my diet streak and ate braised beef. Not once, but twice, the senoritas in chipotle were giggling

How often do they see a dude getting the same item twice.

I'm very happy that I found a friend who volunteered to watch my kid for free every Saturdays. I now have to work on Saturdays and I was sick about paying more money for babysitting. My new friend (another mom who lives in my community) VOLUNTEERED to watch him for free. She said it will be good for her son who is also an only child to spend time with another well-behaved kid.
Nobody in the entire Max's existence ever offered to watch my kid for the entire day for free. Not even my own father or sister! I feel so appreciative, I'm almost teary-eyed. I want to get her a nice gift.

Don't worry about it. Everyone deserves a good piece of meat once in a while.

That's what she said.

I actually had a text like that tonight... Told her I was fixing blue cheese burgers and she replied "I love your meat"

Haha!

BTW, I never saw either movie (I think there were two, right?), but I remember the trailer for the first one, with this exchange (and I got this quote from Googling):

Morticia: Gomez.
Gomez: Querida?
Morticia: Last night you were unhinged. You were like some desperate, howling demon. You frightened me... Do it again!

Yes, I do. I'm self-employed, so I'm the boss. And, also, I meant that we were both taking the day off.

Have you posted that in the food porn thread?

Will be later than I planned for leaving on my vacation but that is okay fine with me. It is nice being relaxed and enjoying life again. Even the trials and hard times seem okay.
Good for you...

I can imagine. Must be practically unheard of.
