I'm for it of course, but clearly the OP isn't married to a Sicilian. I love her to death, but she made it plain what could happen, Bobbitized isn't a desirable outcome..
On a more serious note, I can see the argument on both sides. While I am happy at home, there have been periods where I would be open to such an arrangement, but I am fortunate to have been able to speak with my wife about it and we worked it out to our mutual satisfaction. But that's me and I would never look down on others that might take a different path. My theory is if it works for you and yours, so be it.
It's funny to me that in American culture a "full body massage" really means 90% of the body. Somehow 90% is all clinical and healthy and normal and appropriate, but if the other 10% is massaged it's suddenly prostitution. I think this stems from our puritan origins and shame related to our bodies and sexuality that is deeply embedded in our culture. In many other cultures what we call a "happy ending" is just considered a part of the massage.

A happy ending is not compatible with a real massage. A real massage relaxes you in a way that is the opposite of sexual arousal. You can't do both, not without ruining the first one.

Oh yes, America is a total prude nation. Heck, we don't even allow sex with kids or animals in most states!
"It's just a massage" = "It ain't immoral if it's only oral"
Oh, and if you spin around five times after sex, you can't get pregnant.

If there were no climax/release at the end of the sexual arousal, I would agree with you. When there is, it's the complete opposite-- ultimate relaxation.

Well I'm glad it works for you .
For me, the anticipation of sexual stuff later makes me to excited to deeply relax.
This is why women I know make fun of men who try to initiate sex by offering a massage. It shows they know nothing about good sex -- or a good massage!
But maybe it is just women they don't know about. Is this a gendered thing, massage being the opposite of sex? I've never seen a man be able to really relax if he thought something sexual was going to happen later, but maybe my sample size is limited?

Fine with me, as long as partner doesn't mind me getting porked by the pool boy.
