some people are happy without ice cream...but i don't like those people.
And they don't take you to the icecream shop every day and tell you it is their favorite thing and always was... and then you marry them because it all goes so well... and they say they have had enough ice cream now.

Yea - I'm not bitter...but i've not been invited to have ice cream in a while...and its showing. LoL.
SWFL, yes radiation seeds, regular radiation and surgery for prostrate cancer all cause impotence and often problems with urinary incontinence. A penile implant is the only real solution but not covered by insurance. There are shots you can take but they either work to well or not enough. Neither leads to climax and you can’t be up more than 4 hours or it can be life threatening.

...I hardly think "being up for more than 4 hours" is a requirement for many women...And why a guy would want to be up for 4 hours with nothing at the end of it is another puzzler.

He's saying that certain therapies (such as shots) can cause that. They refer to it on the Viagra and Cialis commercials, too. If a man is "up" for more than 4 hours he's supposed to seek emergency medical treatment. It's dangerous.
He won't be, because he is TRYING to be, it will be because of a drug.
Sonic, thanks for explaining that better than I did. The hope with the shots is that you can hit the sweet spot and actually orgasm. Our marriage survived because my husband was 49 and I was 54. At this age we know what’s important but it’s a huge loss.
I know this doesn't really fit this topic but people in another topic were told to come to this thread, so please don't consider this a hijacking by branching out to single people unable to find love as opposed to married couples.
Someone asked in that other thread if men in general are entitled to love and sex, and expanded that to include women as well. To that I would say that in general terms the answer would be no. Nobody, man woman or whatever, is entitled to love, physical intimacy or sex. The desire of anyone to experience it in their own lives is one that should be empathized with however, not scorned. There is a lot of contempt in our society for people who can't find love, especially "men who can't get laid", and those men are expected to accept that contempt, along with their solitary condition, with stoicism if not good humor. Or better yet, just go away and not be seen again outside of work hours, if they can't work from their basements.
Legally, NO. Nobody owes anyone anything if they are not in the mood to consent to it.
Is a spouse "owed" sex from a moral aspect, seeing as they've committed themselves to said person? It's not owed but if they can they should IMO.
