It would depend on how the person dealt with the disease. In other words if I were dating a diabetic and they indulged in poor/abusive lifestyle choices which worsened the condition, I would walk.
Max Mamma, the only heath issue I could not deal with is obesity. In fact, I met a very nice women who owned her own flower shop and had her own home who took serious interest in me. The problem was that she was obese and when I probed her about the issue, she did not care, so regardless that she was marriage material, I had to walk away and decline her advances because I NEED to be sexually attracted to my woman in order for the relationship to work for the long haul.
Well, believe it or not obesity can be qualified as a health condition. It's terrible for your heart. Put sexual attraction aside, being obese (not overweight, obese) can be dangerous for the health.
That probably wouldn't stop me either though. I have been attracted to obese men in the past.

Eh, no worries. Actually I was only attracted to one obese man in my life, but he had such a funny personality and a beautiful face... Nothing came of it, it was a long time ago and he was dating someone.

Yes, absolutely, it's a MAJOR health issue, but unfortunately, in the U.S, it's taken for a sign that you eat well.
