Well, believe it or not obesity can be qualified as a health condition. It's terrible for your heart. Put sexual attraction aside, being obese (not overweight, obese) can be dangerous for the health.

Eh, no worries. Actually I was only attracted to one obese man in my life, but he had such a funny personality and a beautiful face... Nothing came of it, it was a long time ago and he was dating someone.

Yes, absolutely, it's a MAJOR health issue, but unfortunately, in the U.S, it's taken for a sign that you eat well.
