Sports authority or any sporting goods store. I have several different sizes. They are pretty good, be careful to form if you are going to throw them, though.

I guess, if you were going to approach a guy at the gym, approach him for pointers. Most guys probably can't resist giving out some advice.

Yes my omp-pa-latty body. lol. I do go on the elliptical a lot and do the intervals where it is level 3 then 7. Seems to be working I'm not huffing and puffing so much as I walk the long college parking lot.

Just go into a local sporing goods store Make sure you can bounce it like a basket ball.... And DON'T get the one with handles.

Yea med balls are great! You can also take it to a huge park and just throw it around (as far as you can), it will help tone up your arms, back and abs...

I'd keep with the intervals. If you really want to ramp it up, find a field, set up some cones and start sprinting.

I agree with Morpheus. Chuck that ball, run, pick it up and chuck it again. Also, DO NOT try to throw it like a football. Your elbow will scream no when you try to get into that position, listen to it. Other than that you'd have a pretty good workout, do it at night if you don't want people to think you've gone nuts.

Omg You want me to have a heart-attack? lmao. I haven't done them since high-school. I'll tell you what got me fit in my 20's life guarding. All those damn laps. And pretend saving a 300lb man from the deep end. Had to bend my knees and lift out and up then over to drag him out. That's a work out!!!
