Appropriate workout attire should be a tshirt and shorts. I don't see how women can work out in gear that is cutting off blood flow to the hips, and to the heart. HUH?

Doubt it's really that tight. I would guess it's not different than an underarmor shirt under football pads. Or the pants for that matter.

I wear this to the gym because when I work out...I work out. It gets hot in my gym. Not meant to be hooker-esque!
