Ummm...... the LGBT community fought for the right, under the Constitution of the United States, to be married. Just as the black community fought for the right to vote and eat at the lunch counter.
Of course, 1 of those groups were discriminated against based on skin color, the other group just wanted things their way.

How lucky for them that all the prophecies came true huh? I mean what are the odds that of all the ancient tribes that no longer exist, Israel would be the only one that survived and even became a nation again. Something that rarely ever happens in human history. On top of that, Israel becomes the focal point of the ENTIRE world's politics, again just like the Bible predicted. Bad fiction. psst. Every age had their own Miss Manners, and Martha Stewart, even bad poets. They were the writers and advice givers of their day. Psalms and Proverbs, and Song of Solomon. Ancient erotica was not uncommon. Some of the bible is Christian erotica.
I recommend reading Arthur C. Clark, and Robert Heinlein. They are great science fiction writers. After that read Hawaii, by James Mitchner. You have to read something more than the bible.

Would you have been against women's rights because it is not based on race? What about rights of the disabled or the elderly, again not based on race? Why is wanting to be treated as equal citizens so bad? The one couple publically posted their feat and on their Facebook page identified the two women who they discriminated against. According to the one article I posted the two women were threatened with lose of their children due to the resulting publicity. The religious conservatives seemed happy to brag about discrimating and breaking the law. Both sides apparently received death treats although Jeff is only concerned about the threats to the baker and his wife.

The disabled are another group that was forced to fight for equal rights. Prior to the Americans With Disabilities Act it was legal to discriminate against against them.... including deny them jobs and housing.

Exactly, and now there are those who are not blind but do use service dogs, some places wish to keep those dogs out of their business. A seeing eye dog is OK but a hearing assist dog not. But it is only gays that are special to want not to be discrimated against, the rest deserve equal treatment because as the Westboro Baptist said god hates them. 😡

When they wanted to not be bullied, wanted not to be beaten up, wanted to attend school without being called names, they wer "just wanting things their way." When will you own up to your own responsibility for all those things happening to them because you proclaim a gospel of condemnation? The police began manhandling some of them and it spilled out onto the street where those girlie boys took it to the cops who had to call in reinforcements. That started the war that you've just lost.
