This says the Mennonites do.

Amish Crossings with Karen Anna Vogel: Do the Amish give to charities? Do they help the poor?

Even if the rest of what you claim is true, the vast majority of Christian churches do charity work of some sort.

The Mennonites, as the Hutterites and other Anabaptists are diverse groups, and follow different tenets of their religious practices. The Church of God, Mennonite is particular insular, where as other Mennonite groups are the go to to deal with things like helping newcomers to a country get on their feet. In fact, that, the Catholic Social Services and the Salvation Army are probably the most genuine religious groups doing real, on the ground charitable work.

Many churches restrict their charity work to prothlezing, and I'm sorry, I don't recognize that as real charity. There are many secular charities that do much more, extensive and effective charity work than the religious ones. UNICEF and the Red Cross/Red Crescent groups come to mind.

Seeing most churches will not fill their financial statements, are we just to take their word for it? I mean, you know, the same pastors that condemn sexual immorality, and then are found guilty of sex with underage minors. You know, the type that support a Roy Moore.
