He could, but the success rate would probably be lower than if he tried to reach someone in the U.S. Wouldn't you agree?
And therein lies the problem with all religion: geography (being a product of your time and place)
God is not bound by time or space. It is his harvest. We are only co-laborers with him as Christians. So, there is no problem in this regard of geography with the Christian religion.
i have got another question based on the biblical doctrine.what happens to non-believers are they damned for hell? what compels me to this subject is is the fact that people in the past have died without ever knowing the christian doctrine?
Think about bush men in the heart of Africa, that are isolated from the urban life and activities and they know nothing about Christianity or heard of Jesus are they accounted for hell too?
God can't be that ignorant can he?
No God does not randomly send people to hell. However God will hold people accountable for what they were exposed to and did know about. That is why it says in the Bible to him that is given much, much is required. Not an exact quote but basically what it says. God has written on everyone's heart already the desire to seek Him. That is why many people who are not necessarily Christians talk about a "higher power". This is because they feel a need to reach out to something greater than themselves. If someone was never exposed to the gospel, how could they be accountable for that specific information? However they will be responsible for what they were exposed to. For those in our society that is a great deal.

Well jack, it's not likely that any of those African bushman are going to go to Hell, for one thing they've never heard of such a place and they have an entirely different religious and cultural belief than Christianity, you see the concept of Hell is a Christian belief and not everybody believes in Christianity.

Nonbelievers are as much part of God as believers. God loves them the same and His love goes to all if they want it, even nonbelivers. Even if they have never heard of Jesus, they can still go to heaven. Believing in Jesus cannot get you to heaven. What Jesus taught does, and you don't have to be religious to learn that.

They've probably never seen a city bus, either...but they'll still get hurt if you take one to the city and he walks out in front of one.
And if they never leave the bush and don't see a bus, they won't get run over by one.
But buses still exist.
