Wouldn't this thing make it all so much easier if it just came out and said in a clear and unambiguous way, "Hey all, I am god. Here the story..." Then we'd all go, "Ohhhhhhhh", and we'd would fight anymore (I mean verbally and literally) about what god is the right one and it would get all the worship it wants.
But no, it prefers to play mind games and keep everybody guessing. It prefers to let men write books of dubious authenticity and then allows men to call each other's books "lies of the devil" and "damnable heresies.". It allows men to continue to interpret these books and create new sects of the different faiths to add to the confusion. It uses flawed men as its spokespiece and then does nothing if those spokesmen get out of line and move from "witnessing" to insult to outright persecution. Nor does it seem to give men any homogeneous "truth" about it.
It's said that it is not a god of confusion. I say it creates it....or did man create it all himself....the gods of the world's religions that it is.
