In addition to this. Having sex is just like exercising. It exercises your abs and produces sweat. Which is overall good for health. On top of that, there are also a lot of emotional benefits of sex.
It is interesting, as a younger person, I somehow thought when you became a Grandma sex was over. Now...here I am, and it is definitely NOT over! Sex is important, and more than that, the richness and closeness of a relationship. That is really the key to longevity and happiness.
When I was younger...I had the good fortune to meet a wonderful 95 Y/0 woman who was both radiant on the outside and a beautiful person on the inside. She was telling me about her wonderful marriage of over 60 yrs. I ask her what her secret was. She stated...."a shot of whiskey before bed...and a sexy nightgown".
