I got curious on this issue so I went to look for an article and what do you know. More sex has a host of better health benefits. Of course, this isn't a product, a vitamin, a drug, or a program someone can sell us, so I guess that's why you never hear this. But according to a Web MD article titled, "The surprising health benfits of sex". Sex has all kinds of benefits to health, including lower stress and blood preasure, boosting immunity, better sleep, and improves hearth health. I'd post the link, but I know that's a NONO, so I guess you'll have to do the search yourself.

Isn't it interesting they're always telling us, do this, take this and take that for better health, but I've never heard this promoted as a way to better health or long life. Maybe its because of the weird attitude so many American's have about nudity and sex. World full of people, but almost no one has sex.

My Aunt and Uncle are in their late 70's and 80's and still have an active sex life with each other and their quality of life is good. There must be something to this. I always have been a firm beliver in the use it or loose it theory...
