Need WEALTHY Man or Woman to FUND my Singles Retirement Community!!!

Sounds like a good idea, however, if everyone under 50 isn't allowed to live in singles only communities, why should the over 50 crowd have the market on segregation?

I'm not knocking the idea, I want to live in a singles only community as well, only for people under 50. Too bad the fair housing laws don't allow this.

I wish there was some NEW news , but unfortunately all I got so far is HOPE and a PRAYER ! They say that it's darkest before the dawn , so maybe there will be BETTER news soon !

I just came by to check on your progress since your original post...I was hoping you'd found investors by now because I love your idea and would be very interested in eventually being a part of a community like that. I have about 6 to 10 more years to work to be able to retire and that sounds like such a wonderful adventure to look forward to!

I had planned to fund the project myself until the RE market changed so drastically . Maybe you will be retiring just in time for the Grand Opening of this new community MagnoliaThunder !

Now my vision has changed a wee bit and I think that we need "2" of these communities so that we can SNOWBIRD back and forth !
