folks need to be reminded, keep your feet and head warm, get some wool socks and scarves/hats ,rolls of paper towels.
I also keep a hammer and a kitchen cleaver on the driver side !
Be aware certain claims with properties can have that property flagged in clue ….
It is a good idea when buying a house to have the seller run the clue report .otherwise if you buy a house flagged in clue for certain issues you may not either get insurance or you will be surcharged.
Certain flooding as an example or burglary claims can get you flagged and it isn’t even your claims doing it
Any time you have your insurer pay a claim on your car , even if they are going to collect from the other party , as long as that claim stays un reimbursed it dings you
I think the two of you better shape up ,forget all these adventuresome endeavors and plan on more couch potato activities!

Fluffy, why would you agree to drive your soon-to-be-ex's auto to him??????? If he wants it tell him to come to Scottsdale and get it himself!!!!!!
I had to drive back to the Bay Area anyway to pick up my RV from the repair shop. No other way to get there. And I really, really want it back. It makes life more bearable when I can go places and see new things, meet new people. If I have to go somewhere and I'm not feeling great, I just make the sofa into a bed and rest as long as I need. It is absolutely essential to me.
One must know the difference between frugal and foolish.
Some people are better than others at discerning that. And then there are those who had frugality drilled into them from childhood by their Depression-era parents.
