You clearly have no grasp of the situation. Either that or you are young, healthy and think that you'll do just fine which is extremely selfish. Based on your posts here with your obsession on finding your perfect house to buy in the perfect neighborhood for a cheap price I'd say it's probably the latter. I guess maybe with the global economic collapse underway you might just get your wish of cheaper housing stock. Yay for you.

Although that is not good news, perhaps your area is closing in on the peak infection rate

Local news story went on to say that all were over at least 70 and had underlying health issues. In other words, a bad chest cold could have killed them.

Even Italy is saying that most of their deaths are among the elderly that are already in poor health.

That's true but I don't think you can go so far as to say a bad chest cold could have killed them. This is a really nasty virus and it has killed younger people and hospitalized thousands, some of whom complain of breathing problems for months after they are considered to have recovered.

Willingly shutting down our way of life could mean a complete collapse of American society as we know it, and have always know it.
