Just noticed the land is getting cleared now, but I haven't heard anything about tenants, except what is already there (McDonald's, Starbucks, Sprint).

This is old news, but it's new to me.

Just found out that the original developer, HPI Retail Properties, sold this 113 acres to Fulcrum Property Group about two years ago. Fulcrum plans to eventually develop it all out however they are only starting with 13 acres marketing that to restaurants and banks.

Yes, we really do need more subways, nail salons, great clips, taquiera jaliscos, etc and less barb wire, cows and pastures.....

I guy i graduated with use to live on that land..I guess all this waiting paid off. I remember riding my bike in that area when I was like 10...no traffic what so ever. HEB owns the land across the highway and are suppose to build another HEB...I guess they are waiting for bulverde road to finsh.
