My wife and I were walking at night through our nice neighborhood. We met a guy walking a pit pull. It has two leashes on it and the guy is wearing gloves on each hand to hold on to the beast. Said it was friendly. Oh, yeah - it was pulling him all over. Glad I have a CHL. That's the best solution in current times.

Only thing I can recommend is speaking to a lawyer and doing some research online. ACS is gonna be all about the animal so if there is nothing wrong with it I believe that's what they usually do. But ur best bet is seeking legal help asap
