Just be careful driving around! Not that it's that big of a deal, but the security guards are a little over the top! The Talbots looked open to us, and we drove down the road that also had Eddie Bauer and Gymboree to see when they were open (I'm DYING for Gymbo to open!) and this security guard in a Kia waved us down. We weren't supposed to be there, I guess. How are they going to keep people out when some stores are open and the roads go one way only? We also got kicked out driving to see if Stone Oak Parkway was open yet. I guess we are just troublemakers!

Smile Eating Places at The Village at Stone Oak?

We need some restaurants at the Village at Stone Oak! I'm glad to have the new Chili's at the intersection of 281 & Stone Oak, but I hope some more eating places open there soon.

Pei Wei and Chipotle are part of this shopping center.

I went yesterday to Black House White Market and Coldwater Creek. A lady at one of the stores said today was the grand opening for the whole shopping center???? Didn't look like it though...does anyone know if that is true?

There are so many empty stores, I can't image that the grand opening would be yet. Also, since we live in the area, we have gotten mail and coupons for every store that has opened so far and we have not gotten anything on a grand opening.

I was there yesterday too and did not see anything.....hmmm...maybe she misunderstood the timeline.

Yes, there really is a Chicos. North of 1604, off 281 .....you can't miss it at the intersection of Stone Oak Pwy and 281.
