Just heard Pancho's on Marbach has finally closed, that was the last surviving location in town.

How about Pete's Tako House on Brooklyn near Broadway? They aren't amazing but if you need a taco fix it will do.

I think the queso at Pete's is quite good and their horchata is delicious. Chapala Jalisco on McCullough is close to downtown and good also.

I forgot about Pete's very good suggestion, that should take me like 3 mins from my office. Thanks

So does anyone know anything about a restaurant called Chilangus? Was just at the Subway in Schertz on 78 and 3009 .
That's when I noticed they are putting Chilangus Mexican Grill next to the Four Star Vietnamese and chinese restaurant.

We used to love to go to Pancho's when we were young! Used to love the rolls and food! We went to that Marbach location a few years ago. Food was not good, but the waiter was entertaining!

Heard something is going in where the Mama's was on Pat Booker?? That's what my parents said. And surprisingly it won't be a Mexican place. Can anyone confirm this?

It looks like they might be clearing the land for another restaurant. Also just curious if the China Seas Buffet on Thousand Oaks was closed. Went by there one day on a weekend ,don't recall the time but there was nobody there. Also I've seen the ads for ElBucanero the mexican seafood restaurant at Embassy Row on tv,and the outside they show looks like it was a chinese buffet once.It might have been another China Seas but I don't know.
A five story hotel will be between Mama's and 54th Street. McAllister's Deli will be between 54th Street and Burger King and Starbucks will be at the corner next to Burger King.
